Taj Mahal by mikomi-sToCk Taj Mahal by mikomi-sToCk
in the heart of India, she sleeps on her bed
the ever so famous symbol of faith

now that lies here, where once love bloomed...

There was supposed to be another built for the man himself, fashioned entirely out of black marble. Sadly, that never happened, but what a tribute to the man's love for his wife ! ^-^ I hope to see the Taj myself someday, it's so spellbinding and mystical.

thanks a lot for noticing the description...i had to find words that would fit this photograph right... though i personally think that there are no words enough to describe any visual art..

Agreed. Because, we all view visual art (and art in general) in different ways. That meaning, when we describe it and such, tehre's like...no words to describe it perfectly. But I think you did an awesome job at describing this piece of beauty.^^

yah i gave it a thought...you're right... but still i would prefer objects of nature... there's a saying that "anything which grows is more beautiful to look at than something that is built" ...
